Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at TT Bet. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address and a strong password. TT Bet reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold. This process is a protective measure to ensure the security of your account.

All financial transactions on TT Bet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). TT Bet supports the following local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Chargeback: Filing a chargeback through your bank or eWallet provider without valid grounds will result in immediate account suspension.

TT Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure) — contact TT Bet customer support.
• Self-exclusion requests are handled through TT Bet's responsible gaming programme.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, TT Bet will notify you within a reasonable timeframe. Any valid balance will be returned once the investigation concludes, unless a confirmed breach results in forfeiture of funds.

TT Bet, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Unfavourable betting or game outcomes — all games carry financial risk, which you accept voluntarily.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect your eligibility to use the platform.

TT Bet's maximum liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
